DIOSHY®TPE – UL94-V0 flame retardant has a low hardness grade and passed UL94-V0 certified (certification report available).
UL series have passed UL94-V0 flame retardant certifications, UL series are halogen-free products (in line with SONY SS-00259 regulations) and can be used in very low hardness Shore A 45 passed UL94-V0,The hardness of Shore A 85, which is the common grade for flame retardant in the TPE market, is nearly soft, doubled.
This low-hardness product can provide 3C product parts that require fire certification with softer and more diverse material options, does not need to reluctantly use hard flame-retardant materials to make products.
Soft and low hardness is more conducive to the waterproof effect and air tightness of wire terminal joints, and can also increase the slip resistance of 3C product foot pads.
